Business Protocol Training for National Gas Employees
National Gas Company arranged a learning seminar entitled ‘Professional Protocol for Enhanced Performance’ for its key employees; engineers, managers and senior executives; on 01 September at Haffa House hotel. This interactive seminar was designed to develop competencies of business relationship building, and creating professional impact and demonstrating globally accepted work standards.

This seminar was implemented with the objective of deepening their awareness of business etiquette and protocol, producing fulfilling professional results and enhancing the quality of service delivery.
The seminar; organized by Hallmark Events and conducted by Carolann Philips, a certified etiquette and protocol consultant; highlighted important life skills, global standards of business conduct and corporate principles. The workshop followed a practical and theoretical methodology and was characterized by an interactive approach. The seminar was appreciated by the participants who believed that this would equip them to hone their approach towards achieving the company’s growth goals, as well as help them to sharpen their own skills.
